HYDRAULIC DRIVE CONVERSION KIT (MEC11000)

For converting a PTO driven MEC11000 pump to a hydraulic driven pump.
Supplied with 125cc motor which requires about 70 lpm to reach 540 rpm.

125cc Orbital motor (5020400034BP)

MEC gear cover (4010601197BP)

MEC gear 53 teeth (4020507013BP)

MEC gear cover gasket (4030108049BP)

Cross-line relief valve (VAU12OMS)

Inline check valve 1/2" Male / Male (VU12M12M)

Fitting Instructions:
1. Drain Oil from gearbox.
2. Remove front cover from gearbox.
3. Remove PTO gear and replace with HM gear being careful not the damage seals and bearings.
4. Reassemble using new gearbox cover and gasket.
5. Fit Hydraulic Motor to flange with bolts and washers supplied.
6. Replace gearbox oil to fill level and check for leaks.
7. The Cross-line Relief Valve should be fitted to the Hydraulic Motor using the Allen Screws provided.
8. To prevent incorrect rotation of the Motor fit the 1/2"Check Valve to the Tank line as in the hydraulic diagram shown in the instructions leafl et provided with each kit.
