Hydraulic Hose Handling, Reeling and Assembly

The largest area of our 4000sq foot workshop is used for hydraulic hose handling, reeling and assembly.

Equipped with the latest automated measuring, cutting, skiving, swaging and test machines ensure accurate hose assembly production at every stage.

Directional Valve Spool Change

Standard monoblock functions are easily adapted to suit your application.

Various spooling and positioning kits are available as well as optional solenoid , pneumatic or cable controls.

Cylinder Valve Assembly

Hydraulic valves are assembled onto cylinders to customers requirements.

Most commonly used are double pilot check valves and counterbalance valves.

For safety they are mounted using steel pipe or fitted directly to the cylinder port.

LED Lighting Kits

Bespoke Led lighting kits are designed, produced and tested in our workshop prior to bulk production.

Machinery manufacturers can benefit from time saving, easily fitted lighting kits requiring no hard wiring.

Salvarani Switch Kits

Our extensive range of Salvarani switch boxes can be modified to your exact needs.

We can configure the switching type and function and also customise the face plate with your company logo and function graphics.
